Pipes & Fitting
SWR Pipes & Fittings
SWR (Soil, Waste, and Rain) pipes are vital for efficient drainage in plumbing systems. Our range includes Premium SWR Pipes and Fittings, Mid Range SWR Systems, and Economy SWR Systems, catering to different needs and budgets. Made from high-quality UPVC, these pipes are durable, corrosion-resistant, and long-lasting. They ensure smooth flow, are easy to install, lightweight, and require minimal maintenance, making them ideal for residential, commercial, and industrial use. SWR pipes provide a reliable and cost-effective solution for managing soil, waste, and rainwater.
UPVC Pipes & Fittings
PRINCE uPVC white pipes & fittings system are the new age solutions to high end requirements, and it comes with the credibility inherent to any PRINCE product. PRINCE uPVC white pipes & fittings are the answer to the research in advance polymer chemistry to enable products to withstand aggressive weather and usage conditions. The properties of PRINCE uPVC white pipes & fittings thus attained clearly scores over copper, galvanized, PPR or alternative plastic plumbing systems. The PRINCE uPVC white pipes & Rttings, to say the least, is virtually "Install it and forget it" phenomenon produced by PRINCE. These systems, as described, lasts longer than any other material made for such application.
Rainwater Harvesting Systems
Shortage of water for industrial and domestic use and even for drinking purpose is cause of concern throughout the world specially in developing and under developed countries. India is already experiencing water shortage and the problem will become very acute in the near future unless preventive measures are taken on a substantial scale. At this juncture, measures are to be taken up by various Governmental and non-Governmental organizations as well as the public at large, so as to harvest the rainfall and maintain groundwater balance. Such measures will help to have reliable and sustainable groundwater resource for supplementing the domestic and industrial water supply needs of urban and rural area. The government of India is also laying emphasis for rain water harvesting and conservation
PPR Pipes & Fittings
POLYPROPYLENE RANDOM COPOLYMER (PPR - C) piping system has several advantages over conventional metal piping (copper, iron, lead) or rigid plastic pipe (PVC, CPVC, ABS) systems for hot and cold water application. Due to its good chemical features and long term heat resistance properties, PPR Plumbing system acknowledged to be the most reliable and suitable system for hot and cold water distribution in housing sector and hotel industry. The fusion welding ensures the leak proof homogeneous joint between pipes and fittings. Because of its properties PPR plumbing system proved to be most suitable in seismic area's.
AGRI Pipes & Fittings
uPVC pressure pipes are manufactured in accordance with IS -4985:2000, with a wide range from 20 mm to 400 mm suitable for Potable water supply, Lift irrigation systems, Drip irrigation & Sprinkler systems, Industrial Plumbing, Cable ducting, Ventilation Pipe Lines, Slurry Lines etc. These pipes are superior to conventional piping systems and offers number of advantages like light weight, easy and fast installation, excellent corrosion and chemical resistance, high flow rates, long life and economy.
CPVC Pipes & Fittings
PRINCE - CPVC Pipe & Fittings are manufactured with high quality CPVC raw material using hi tech ultra modern injection and extruder machines to maintain the accuracy of dimensions.
BORE Well Pipes
PRINCE offers a wide range of superior pipes made from specially formulated PVC compound to meet the need of Bore well system. Bore well and Tube well are one of the major source of potable ground water. The Bore Well System comprise of Casing Pipe, Screen Pipe and Rising Main ( Column) Pipes. These pipes are manufactured as per IS 12818:2010 for the purpose of Bore Wells and Tube Wells
Under Ground Pipes
PRINCE uPVC underground drainage and sewerage pipes are specially designed for underground non pressure application. These pipes are generally used to carry soil and waste from building to roadside sewers or drains and from there to treatment plant or disposal point. This can also be used for rainwater collection and disposal, including rainwater harvesting. These pipes are specially compounded to withstand different compression load and negative hydrostatic pressure. This system have multiple advantages over conventional drainage and sewerage system.
Manhole Covers
Manhole covers were traditionally manufactured form Concrete , Cast Iron, Ductile Iron , Steel etc. Today, FRP (Rbre Reinforced Plastic) or GRP is gaining popularity as the next generation technology and has replaced the materials like Cl, DI, Concrete, PVC, MS, etc due to its superior properties. FRP considered to be the strongest one and highly resistance to deforming forces.
